IT&C Labs offers an extensive range of high-quality phone services to help you get the most from your business communications.
At IT&C Labs, we provide simple phone line packages for businesses of all sizes. Whether you’re looking to transfer existing lines or create an entirely new setup, we can help. Choose from analogue, digital, SIP, or a combination of all to fit your business.
Through our direct relationship with BT Openreach, we’ll manage the whole process, minimising disruption to your business. And our bespoke billing platform gives you one bill for all sites, presented in a way that suits you.
We’ll create bespoke call packages to fit your business needs, covering line rental and call charges. Our pence-per-minute tariffs bill by the second, rather than rounding up to the nearest minute. Customers who switch to IT&C Labs save an average of 35% on the cost of their bill.
Our fixed price plans are perfect if you require the security of knowing how much you’re paying each month. Even if you’re tied into a line rental contract with another supplier, we may be able to save you money on your call charges.
Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) lines or trunks allow you to send voice and data traffic over a single internet connection. They can either replace or work alongside traditional analogue or digital ISDN phone lines. Calls are routed over the Internet and the Public Switch Telephone Network (PTSN) using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
With SIP trunks your calls between linked office sites are free, wherever they are located. When combined with our Hosted Numbers, SIP allows you to have a specific geographical number that differs from your physical office location.
We can set up and host existing or new telephone numbers. We can create virtual numbers with any UK area code to give you a local presence in a new location, regardless of where your office is physically based. A non-geographic 03 or 08 number can give your business an instant national presence.
Our hosted numbers come with great features and routing options. Interactive voice response (IVR), call queuing, hold music, and hunt group options are just some of the functions available to help you manage incoming calls efficiently. You can also route calls to any fixed line, mobile or VoIP number and amend as required so you never miss a call.
